We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Workato Consultant to join our team.
Role Overview: As a Senior Workato Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex integrations using Workato.
You will work closely with our architecture, product, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems and applications.
This is a high-impact role that requires expertise in integration patterns, automation strategies, and the ability to think creatively about technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Integration Development : Lead the design and implementation of automated workflows and integrations using Workato.
Customization & Optimization : Customize and optimize existing integrations, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Testing & Troubleshooting : Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure successful data synchronization and error-free operations.
Documentation & Reporting : Create clear documentation for workflows, integrations, and technical specifications.
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Collaboration : Work with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define integration requirements and resolve technical challenges.
Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, sharing best practices and fostering continuous learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience : 7+ years of hands-on experience in integration development, with at least 3 years specifically in Workato .
Technical Expertise : Advanced knowledge of Workato integration platform, connectors, and automation features.
Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration protocols.
Experience with SQL, data transformation, and working with data in different formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
Problem Solving : Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design efficient solutions.
Programming : Strong coding skills in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby for creating Workato customizations.
Collaboration & Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Certifications : Workato Certified Integration Developer required.
Automation Pro I, II, and/or III preferred.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or other popular SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
Agile methodology experience.
Ability to work independently, solve problems and self-start.
Be comfortable in a customer facing, but still technical role.
Conversational fluency in English preferred.
