Job Description
In digital project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate digital projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines. Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in software development and product innovation
* Comprehensive understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe
* Familiarity with Agile tools, such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally
* Hands-on experience delivering software products using Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies
* Proven experience coaching teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and senior executives in Agile principles and practices
* Strong skills in change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for teams and departments adopting Agile
* Ability to define an agile transformation strategy, vision, roadmap, operating model, and KPIs
