**OT Sales Director South Brazil**
The main purpose of this position is to:
- Lead OT South Sales team Brazil developing strategies and negotiations to accomplish its targets and achieve AOP through company's goals as volume, contribution margin, NOPBT, market share, Numeric Distribution, among others.
- Contribute to the business transformation and solidification (**4 Brazis**) and development by searching and evaluating new opportunities in cooperation with other Directors and Vice Presidents.
- Leverage key business drivers to enhance business performance including partnering the Regional Sales with advice / recommendations / evaluation / of all issues and initiatives that impact profitability and growth.
- Develop new business programs in order to assure that plans are being executed to meet company´s financial objectives.
- Leverage key business drivers to enhance business performance including partnering the Sales with advice / recommendations / evaluation / of all issues and initiatives that impact profitability and growth.
- Manage the function through financial accountability with partners 'negotiation and support marketing and financial plans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Defines the strategic direction and profitable growth of the OT (Organized Trade) business
- Co-design joint business planning and periodic business reviews to increase volume levels and profitability through GTM new models inside OT channel.
- Co-Executes all end of period reporting including reviews, gap closure initiatives and identification of strategic and performance gaps
- Defines strategies for growth in the regional channel.
Ensure achievement of Sales goals in the terms of Profit Margins, NOPBT, Market Share and Volume, as established Strategic Plan, through planning, management and control of all Sales functions.
- Manages communications to the OT team of plans and results ensuring achievement of our sales KPIs
- Work on Sales Organization action plan in order to achieve OHS targets and increase employee's engagement in the annual survey.
- Obtain continuous high performance from Sales team through training, development and bench pipeline, as well as identification of key potential players and career path.
- Lead continuous development of direct reports, focusing on HPs and preparing the leadership for higher standards and to constantly increase the volume of channel.
- Contribute to the business solidification and development by searching and evaluating new opportunities in cooperation with other Directors and Vice Presidents.
- Provides category and customer insight that shape strategies and tactics
- Manage Sales expenses through a comprehensive analysis of each account/activity to identify cost saving opportunities.
- Identifies and defines key category and customer issues and opportunities
- Improve Company´s image through contacts with trade leaders by directing specific presentations on the benefits of a solid partnership, as well as participation in fairs, special events, class entities, etc.
- Deliver incessant productivity throughout the system in a sustainable way, include optimize distribution fleet efficiency by defining performance objectives and by supporting special projects from Suplly, as well as new distribution options.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, specialized education in sales or marketing and strong experience in manage business in a dynamic market.
- Specialized/MBA education in Marketing and/or Retail /Indirect channel.
- Strong leadership, creativity, negotiation and good relationship skills.
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
