In brief, our technology does one thing and one thing only, it answers the question of at what price should the hotel sell the rooms to maximize revenues. What You Will DoGuide Clients Through Onboarding: Lead clients through the entire onboarding process, from account setup to go-live.Tailored Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions customized to meet client-specific needs.Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to fine-tune the product based on client requirements.Onboarding Timelines: Manage and track onboarding schedules to ensure milestones are met.Performance Analysis: Review and analyze client performance to provide strategic recommendations and adjustments.Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring a seamless transition to Customer Success.Consultancy Services: Run price optimization consultations to maximize client results.Technical Expertise: Act as a technical expert for our integrations and partnerships.Feedback for Product Development: Collect client feedback and suggestions to inform future product improvements.You’ll Succeed WithExperience in SaaS or Hospitality: 1–3 years in a similar role, ideally with a focus on Revenue Management.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, and integrations.Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for data analysis, numerical reasoning, and providing actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify and explain complex concepts clearly.Client-Centric Mindset: A passion for helping hoteliers succeed and achieving their business goals.Organized and Proactive: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.Team-Oriented: Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.Language Proficiency: Business-level English is required; additional language skills are highly advantageous.What We OfferFully remote workOngoing training and development opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for career growth in a fast-growing companyApply now:If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and drive business growth with Pricepoint, we want to hear from you!
