**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- The Project/Program Manager is responsible to lead, plan and manage medium-to-large sized IT projects of moderate to high complexity, and ensures project results contribute to positive business value, meet agreed on scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives according to compliance standards.
- They ensure business expectations are aligned to actual project scope and delivery of business value realization.
- They are also responsible for providing a strong governance structure and comprehensive reporting system to enable effective stakeholder communications across the region while driving alignment between impacted business and IT teams in the region and globally as well.
Lastly, this position is accountable for all aspects of financial management to ensure we successfully allow for agile spending while adhering to approved budget guidelines
- Project/Program Management and Best Practices Management; Lead the project through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, through successful completion and closure; Accountable for financial tracking and reporting (capital and expense budgets);
- Partner with digital delivery leads for resource forecasting, activities management and project timeline development and maintenance; Create and obtain stakeholder alignment of the Project Charter upon project funding approval;
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan detailing all key activities/ tasks and milestones throughout all phases of the project lifecycle aiming to deliver the appropriate business value;
- Execute a defined change control management process for awareness of any changes impacting approved scope, schedule or budgets to effectively manage & mitigate risks; Proactively manage Actions, Issues, Risks, Decisions to drive timely resolution for potential impacts by working with the team to develop and employ mitigation plans;
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project performance (budget, cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk and issues) and provide status Health; Update (PMO dashboard report) and report on key business outcomes / impacts to the business of project deliverables;
- Track and manage project financials managing variance and trends in cost to the plan;
- Responsible for ensuring consistent and transparent communications are distributed to all stakeholders on a regular basis, highlighting accomplishments, status, risks, issues and decisions, as appropriate;
- Provide direction to the teams in maintaining established controls and governance.
Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities: Maintain a standard set of core project management tools and templates for use for the entire PMO;
- Evaluate and implement IT tools which drive standardization, centralize data sourcing, and visibility around key processes and reporting.

**Mandatory**:
- Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferably in IT, Engineering, Agriculture, Business or Communications with experience in business or applied project management experience;
- Ability to build networks and relationships at all levels of the organization;
- Experience in managing moderate to high complexity and medium-to-large sized projects across multiple disciplines and/or teams is a plus;
- Excellent communication (verbally and written) and presentation skills;
- PMI, Agile and/or Change Management certification(s) preferred;
- Languages: Portuguese and English are a must, Spanish is highly desirable
