Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile IT & Automation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to streamline workflows, automate processes, provide technical support, and enhance data reporting systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can identify and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency while ensuring smooth integration of tools and maintaining security protocols.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day technical support for the tools and apps used by the company, addressing issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
* Automation & Integration: Automate workflows and processes using tools like Make, Zapier, and HubSpot workflows. Integrate data from various platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Sheets, MySQL, Google Analytics) to enhance efficiency.
* Data Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting systems, leveraging platforms like Looker Studio to visualize and analyze data from different sources for better decision-making.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to identify areas where automation and technical solutions can optimize business processes.
* Tool Evaluation & Implementation: Stay on the lookout for new tools or platforms that could improve efficiency and meet the company’s technical needs. Lead the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new tools.
* Security & Compliance: Assist with maintaining security best practices across systems and platforms, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
* Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create clear, concise documentation for automated processes, technical solutions, and tools used, ensuring transparency and effective knowledge transfer.
* Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest automation, cybersecurity, and technology trends, applying relevant insights to improve internal systems and processes.
Requirement:
* Technical Expertise: Experience with automation tools such as Looker Studio, Make, Zapier, and integrations with various platforms (HubSpot, Google Sheets, MySQL, etc.).
* Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues in workflows and tools quickly.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate data reporting, smooth automation, and system integrity.
* Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure solutions align with business goals.
* Adaptability & Learning: Eagerness to learn new technologies, stay current with industry trends, and continuously enhance automation and technical capabilities.
* Security Mindset: General understanding of cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure systems and data handling.

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be available to work within our core hours from 6:00 to 11:00 am PST. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video.
