This is an exciting and dynamic role where the main responsibility is to connect business and portfolios strategies with the objective of delivering consumer needs, business growth and our external social and environmental commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Procurement representative in regional innovation agenda: support team with inputs and knowledge on material's insights, market overview and quotations.
">
* Supply Chain Business partner: responsible for supporting SC Transformation Program.
">
* Responsible for delivering and consolidating NMI Latam along with procurement and co-leading material efficiency in 5S Regional Program together with portfolio and markets:
">
">
o Governance and implementation of projects.
">
o Responsible for generating and stimulating new idea generation with multifunctional team, portfolios and suppliers.
">
o F4G and ZBB material strategy implementation.
">
">
* Deep diving on material's strategy with all portfolios to understand value chain, main suppliers, cost structure, opportunities and ensure that the knowledge is used and landed on regional business.
">
* Look for cost savings opportunities in the division, working with portfolios, R&D, marketing and Supply chain to implement it.
">
* Participate on Procurement's Strategy Pillar of your preference on one of the topics: Competitive Buying, Sustainability, Digital, People and Wellbeing, Agility, Partnerships.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Proven experience in Procurement or Supply Management or Previous experience in Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver), R&D.
">
* Understanding of LATAM sourcing supplier network.
">
* Language: Spanish and English professional proficiency.
">
* Collaborative approach to problem solving, real accountability, action bias, positive peer engagement, perseverance, flexibility, agility and passion for success.
">
* Ability to work in virtual teams.
">
* Excellent Excel and PPT skills.
">
* Good Analytical and Communication Skills.
">
* Take ownership and responsibility; have energy and drive.

* Good at stakeholders management for both of internal and external.

Experiences & Qualifications:

* College Degree (Masters or MBA preferred).

* Evidence of capabilities in catalysing and leading change and transformation.
