We are now looking for a **Head of Revenue Operations Brazil.
** The role is based in Curitiba and this position will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations.
**Job Description**:
**What you will do**:
- Be a trusted advisor to the Marketing/Sales/CS and leadership team and be prepared to drive strategic decision-making;
- Be responsible for the effective Business Operation of Sales and Customer operations to Brazil, Chile and Peru markets;
- Be the main point of contact of Business and Operations Local Managers responding to their business needs, sharing insights and making business recommendations;
- Be strong in logical thinking, draw the right conclusions and know how to "defend" your recommendations;
- Coordinate, empower and engage the team of Experts, Specialist and Analysts;
- Be strategic rather than reactive, building/developing the team to deliver value and actionable insights and a world-class customer experience;
- Create a culture that ensures collaboration and goals achievement;
- Manage the collection, analysis, reporting of business KPIs;
- Evaluate performance with key metrics and identify and implement improvement initiatives;
- Review workforce planning ensuring it captures key local priorities;
- Continually develop improvements and embed successful change projects;
- Analyze local processes, identifying differences and best practices, and developing solutions and processes that fit the countries need;
- Build, monitor and optimize processes and take care of the proper operation of internal tools;
- Take part of strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact;
- Actively collaborate with others Heads in a supportive environment that allows the Company to grow, develop and make a difference;
- Coordinate with local structures implementation of global processes;
- Drive quality and consistency in alignments with the global team,
**Qualifications**:
- Thrives in a matrixed environment with a strong focus on creating buy-in across multiple revenue functions;
- Successful track record of being a partner to marketing, sales, finance, and customer success leadership, with the ability to prioritize and balance driving key business objectives with requirements across multiple stakeholders;
- Highly quantitative with excellent analytical thinking skills.
Ability to solve ambiguous problems with data;
- Great sales/customer/business operations or revenue operations experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment;
- Have a strong previous experience with enterprise CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) from administration side;
- Have a great sense of responsibility and know how to organize your work with autonomy;
- Be fluent in English;
- Have extensive experience of leading complex operations team;
- Have strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of performance evaluation and metrics;
- Have solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures;
- Demonstrate ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels;
- Demonstrate ability to manage a project from conception to completion;
- Evidence of well-developed leadership skills;
- Have ability to coach and motivate teams;
- Have excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability;
- Be able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment;
- Have an empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude;
- MBA or postgraduate degree in business, preferred.
