Regional Marketing Manager São Paulo, Brazil | Full TimeAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Regional Marketing Head to drive full funnel marketing across demand generation, events, ABM, partnerships, and community engagement for LATAM (mostly Brazil).
This role will own marketing strategy, execution, and pipeline growth, ensuring a direct impact on revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn regional marketing strategy, aligning with revenue goals and market priorities.Drive pipeline growth through ABM, events, digital, and partnerships, owning MQL, SQL, and marketing sourced revenue targets.Localize global marketing campaigns to fit regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.Partner with global marketing to co-create messaging, campaigns and campaign collateralsPlan and execute high-impact events, conferences, and industry engagements for maximum ROI.Build and scale partner marketing programs with resellers, channel partners, tech alliances, and industry bodies .Develop thought leadership and brand visibility through PR, content marketing, and awards.Build and grow community engagement programs, fostering relationships with key customers, partners, and influencers.Leverage data & analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets effectively.Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and impact.Who You Are5+ years in SaaS marketing (preferably from Series A/Series B SaaS company), with expertise in demand generation, ABM, and field marketing .Proven track record of scaling marketing impact and driving pipeline growth .Strong experience in events, partnerships, and digital marketing .Data-driven, strategic thinker with execution excellence.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments .Willing to travel frequently for events and partner engagements.Why Netcore?Being first is in our nature.
