The main role is to increase top line sales revenue while maintaining bottom-line profitability, driving the relationship with distributor Senior Leadership with focus at Director and GM level. The S.RM will be a leader who is responsible for conceiving a targeted business strategy to drive corporate strategic objectives to tactical execution, executing partnerships to meet or exceed plan. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, revenue-focused individual who can quickly establish relationships at all business levels and environments, developing, advancing, and driving a growth-oriented sales strategy.Essential Job Functions:Core focus on distributor Senior Leadership relationship, strategy creation, engagement, and execution.Manage day to day relationship / joint business planning / reviews with Distributor.Manage Senior TDM’s/TDM’s including Capabilities, KPI’s, Priorities, Development plans, Recruitment.Development of Senior TDM to hybrid role of internal process accountability and field execution standards, utilizing the Senior TDM to focus greater time on field training and customer/consumer outcomes.Co-Manage Marketing and Trade Marketing Plans.Commercial approval of Marketing/Trade Marketing/MAT plans, activity and budgets.Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with distributor, including local Senior MEC leadership.Lead distributor incentives to drive field sales engagement and results, ensuring energy portfolio is consistently a top priority within the distributor teams.Accountable for sales function priorities including planning, budgets, and review.Meet and exceed volume, operating profit, and market share objectives for Territory.Develop joint Key Account activation calendar with distributor and responsible to ensure distributor alignment and commitment.Minimum Requirements:Proven track record of leadership at a Senior level with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the business environment.+10 years of sales experience in a retail, broker and distributor sales environment.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance.Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environment.Proven knowledge of broker, distributor, and retail customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers and brokers; ability to collaborate at all levels.
