Summary: As a Client Relations Manager, your main responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with asset managers.
You will serve as their primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and support throughout the client lifecycle.
Your role involves understanding their specific needs, ensuring alignment with our banking products and services, and identifying opportunities to promote client satisfaction and loyalty.
The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to deliver exceptional client service.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain relationships with asset managers and family offices globally with a focus on Latin America, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their goals, objectives, and investment strategies.
- Proactively communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide updates on account activity, market insights, and new investment opportunities that align with their portfolio management needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as, custody, trust, banking, AML and operations to deliver seamless and integrated banking solutions to asset managers and family offices.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities by recommending additional banking products and services that will enhance clients' financial strategies.
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively and in a timely manner, escalating where necessary to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to anticipate clients' future needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present client reviews, reports, and performance summaries to showcase the value and effectiveness of our banking services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client relationship management strategies and processes within the bank.
- Have the ability to engage in marketing duties, as required.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and document processes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or finance or business administration with 7+ years' experience in sales.
- Motivated self-starter and self-learner comfortable working in a dynamic environment;
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management, private banking, or wealth management or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets, with an understanding of asset classes, risk management, and portfolio analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other tools to manage and track client interactions and manage sales opportunities.
- Ability to travel for extended periods at short notice within North and Latin America to meet with clients and prospects.
- **Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written.

Salary Note: compensation is in Cayman Islands currency (KYD) ranging from KYD$62,508 - $84,036 per annum.
There is no income tax in the Cayman Islands.
