We are searching the best talent for **BILINGUAL ACCOUNTING ANALYST **to be in **São Jose dos Campos, Brazil.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic and technical financial support for Cost Accounting & Importing process and closing functions (i.e Material Ledger, Inventory Reserves, InTransit Reconciliation, etc.).
- Own monthly Close Preparation & Completion.
- Perform monthly closing responsibilities such as Inventory reporting and analysis and owning the various updates/consolidations to the BUF areas.
Be responsible and coordinate the corporate financial submissions and requests.
- Conduct and guide Post Close Activities; Balance Sheet Reviews; Blackline Account Reconciliation; KPI Dashboards.
- Lead Annual Standard Cost calculation activities
- Find opportunities to standardize and automate processes, lead or participate in key initiatives and ad-hoc projects and build strong working relationships with Business partners.
- Collaborate with leadership members, process/metric owners and dashboard end users to define performance indicators, operation metrics and reporting needs for our end to end business processes.
- Support key SOX controls compliance and PWC (external audit).

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar is required.
MBA or postgraduate is Preferred;
- Proficient English is required.
Spanish is desirable;
- Proven experience in accounting / financial is required;
- SAP knowledge is required
- Required an excellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Enjoy working well in a dynamic, environment and have the ability and energy to recommend and implement operational improvements
- Ability to interact with senior/top leadership and manager confidential information
- Project Leadership experience is required
- Experience in a shared service center environment is preferred.
- Team work, resilience, pro-active / positive behavior and hands-on are relevant for the position
