**Job Title**: Experienced Support Analyst
**Your role**:
- Providing technical support for Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular systems.
- Provide problem resolution and document all steps taken during problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting Windows operating system and hardware issues quickly and effectively.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting TCP/IP and general networking problems by logging into customer networks.
- Documenting all actions taken during problem resolution in appropriate internal tracking systems.

- Completed/studying degree.
- ** Available to work in Blumenau Santa Catarina**:
- ** Fluent English for atending phone requests for US clients**:
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, TCP/IP and general networking issues quickly and effectively
- Strong documentation skills when recording actions taken during problem resolution
- Experience providing technical support on Cardiology informatics products (any experience in healthcare informatics is a strong differential).
