Key Responsibilities:
Development and Execution of Commercial Strategies
* Design and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring effective execution in the assigned region.
* Define specific commercial tactics to drive growth in the interlining and fabric market.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to increase market share.
Client Portfolio Management and Negotiation
* Manage, expand, and strengthen the client portfolio by negotiating major commercial agreements.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer loyalty and after-sales service.
* Acquire new clients in strategic market segments.
Leadership and Management of the Sales Team
* Supervise and lead a sales team of 5 salespeople, 3 administrative staff, and 2 technical studio team members.
* Set clear sales targets, define KPIs, and monitor team performance.
* Train and develop the sales team, fostering professional growth and providing tools for success.
* Promote a strong leadership culture aligned with the company’s values.
Resource and Budget Management
* Optimize sales resources to maximize profitability.
* Oversee and manage the sales budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
Results Analysis and Reporting
* Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results, preparing detailed reports for the management team.
* Make data-driven decisions, adapting commercial strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Achievement of Objectives and Profitability
* Ensure sales objectives are met while maintaining profit margins.
* Implement corrective actions when necessary to secure long-term commercial success.
We Are Looking For:
* Professional with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in the commercial sector and leading teams.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
* Experience in textiles or apparel manufacturing is preferred.
