We're looking for a Country Manager for Turkey who will drive business growth, ensure the branch generates significant revenue, and expand the client base.
This role encompasses strategic sales initiatives, partnership development, and oversight of operational and administrative functions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
As the face of the Turkey branch, the Country Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the company's objectives.Performance Profile: Your success in this role will be defined by achieving these outcomes in the first 6-12 months: Business Development and Revenue Generation Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, targeting multi-asset trading products (e.g., Gold, Oil, FX, Cryptocurrencies).
Identify and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Money Managers to enhance account activations and revenue growth.
Leverage industry events and personal networks to source high-value IBs and trading clients.
Cross-sell services to existing clients to expand their business lifecycle.
Sales Leadership Establish and achieve branch-specific sales targets, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
Guide the team on trading needs and prepare tailored proposals to meet client requirements.
Lead two sales teams targeting the Turkish market.
Risk Mitigation and Administrative Oversight Monitor and manage branch compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Ensure timely updates on client funding, trading volumes, and account activations.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, documenting communication and transactions.
Operational Excellence Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows and client satisfaction.
Develop strategies to mitigate risks and address administrative challenges.
Requirements Academic Qualification Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
Work Experience Requirement: 6+ years of experience in FX and CFD brokerage in a sales role.
Previous Sales Manager job title in the FX industry in Turkey, Montenegro, or Cyprus.
Proven track record in sales.
Has own book of business or can generate leads for his team.
Professional Key Knowledge Area Requirement: In-depth knowledge of financial markets, including FX, Commodities, and Equities.
