Job Purpose/Summary Details Reporting to the Global Head of Communications & Sustainability Services and working within the central Communications team, in this role you will be responsible for developing communications strategy and plan for RES Services in Latam.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communications & Sustainability Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the company's internal and external communications by collaborating closely with key business partners.
Your efforts will help align communication strategies across RES, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and effectively supports the company's goals and culture.
The ideal candidate will have international experience in corporate communications across renewable energy and will be fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Key Accountabilities Work closely with the Global Head of Communications & Sustainability Services to deliver the integration programme for Services, including the cultural change programme to One RES and ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with broader communication goals.
Supports to the Regional Services Director internal and external communications, engagement and positioning including monthly communications, town halls, videos, ask me anything sessions and in external positioning.
Create materials for leaders to share with their teams including briefing notes and scripting suggestions.
Works alongside the Global Comms team and regional P&C team in a compelling internal communications and employee engagement programme for the effective integration into one new global services business unit, supporting retention and driving recruitment.
Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies and campaigns in partnership with key business partners.
Ensures alignment and consistency with the RES brand strategy, style, and Tone of Voice.
Authors the senior leader editorial plans – including defined key messages and activity for effectively position our leaders as experts in their fields, in industry media, in speaking engagements, social media content and campaigns and internal communications where required.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in communications.
Implement in the region the Services business unit wide media and public relations strategy and plan.
Coordinate in the region the event strategy for the business, identifying the most applicable to attend, speak, sponsor.
Developing comprehensive event proposals, clear KPIs (key performance indicators) and managing through to delivery.
Including potential internal conferences/leadership workshops, etc.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders in Latam, building strong relationships and providing communication support for critical initiatives.
Translate complex business information into clear, compelling communications for a range of internal audiences.
Act as key point of contact for Group safety initiatives and campaigns.
Lead the execution and communication of the Global Safety Day in the region.
Manage the production of materials working with our in-house design, video editor or other content creators to deliver high quality work within deadlines.
Help deliver quality by reviewing and drafting policies and procedures using clear and understandable language.
Support the global Sustainability team in the compilation of stories and data necessary to produce the annual sustainability report, Power for Good Report.
Develop sustainability, teambuilding and volunteering activities in the region that connect with the community.
Work in Campinas/SP.
Knowledge University degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Experience of senior level corporate and government affairs Strong working relationships with the media, trade associations and institutions.
Experience with digital communication platforms and tools (e.g., intranets, collaboration platforms).
Skills High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a communication and/or marketing role, preferably within a digital / technical, energy, environment, or consulting industry but not critical.
Associated experience in agency, journalism, copy writing deemed equivalent.
Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.
