**Position Description**:
We are currently searching for a Sales Manager to join our team in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
The purpose of the role is to build up, develop and manage the business growth of Liquid Measurements in Brazil and South Cone.
**In this role, you'll have the opportunity to**:
- Detect and develop business opportunities across main related industries / accounts
- Sales of our liquid measurements portfolio to end users, integrators, and OEM's
- Work closely, train, develop and enhance capabilities and engage the partners in the region
- Develop relationship and network at the different levels of the different potential industrial accounts in the target sectors.
- Work in close cooperation with our marketing, customer service group, and technical support experts, product area, as well as his peers across the region
- Develop and execute growth plan in the assigned region
- Be active and proactive teaming with marketing and partners, to achieve trade shows, seminars, and focused technical presentations/webinars
- Efficiently responding to customer inquiries
- Create sales proposals and quotations
- Track activities in Salesforce CRM and have it continuously updated
- Commit to continual personal improvement, technical trainings and sales skills
**We're looking for people who have**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or technical field in a relevant discipline
- 5-10 years of experience technical sales
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Negotiation skills
- Understanding of technical documentation
- Customer focus with ability to communicate service features and benefits
- Knowledge of core processes (marketing, sales, delivery, product, after sales)
- Reliable, acts with a sense of urgency, work in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated ability to conduct analytics and solve problems
- Able to lead-self through time managements, organization, and prioritizing tasks
- Continuous learning mind-set
- Act with integrity, aligned with Vaisala values
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience in MS office
