Housekeeper Manager
* Incorporate new staff, ensuring they have received the correct training.
* Manage the schedules and tasks of the housekeeping team.
* Handle guest communication and address complaints.
* Manage the reception inventory/stock and ensure office supply materials are properly ordered.
* Ensure synergy in daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance.
* Guarantee customer service standards.
* Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facilities: coordinate with reception to verify that rooms are ready for guests, ensuring cleaning services are properly conducted.
* Work together with the housekeeping staff to keep bathrooms, kitchens, floors, desks, fans, offices, carpets, F&B areas, etc., clean.
* Notify the Operations Manager of necessary supplies (inventory) for ordering.
* Keep the kitchen clean and fully stocked with necessary utensils.
* Assist with any daily purchases or other tasks to keep the hotel in order.
Requirements for the Role
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* More than 2 years of experience as a team leader.
* Experience in hotel housekeeping.
