This role is responsible for setting the tone of the clinic while managing the team and clinic operations through the lens of our culture and values.
The Clinic Manager will partner with their leadership and clinic team to strategically position the business for consistent growth while ensuring daily operations are smooth and effective.
The Clinic Manager will empower and motivate their team while ensuring the clinic is delivering the highest level of service to clients.Schedule :Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities; This includes weekdays, evenings and weekends .
Specific hours will vary by location.What You'll Do:Set the vision and direction for the clinic team, articulating priorities, and generating enthusiasm and energy against unified goalsManage all aspects of clinic daily operations, such as organizing workflow, optimizing schedules, addressing client feedback, inventory management, revenue performance, and other administrative dutiesHold the team accountable for maintaining the highest of standards as related to client service, safety and complianceRecruit, retain, and develop a high-performing and diverse teamSupport staff development through 1:1 touch-bases, Individual Development Plans, coaching, and training/developmentImprove systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and level of serviceAdditional duties and tasks as neededWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree strongly desired; HS Diploma/GED required5+ years of relevant experience in the medical/spa industry, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industryExperience managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams and specialized talent to achieve high performanceA positive attitude and desire to model a growth mindset for employeesAbility to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities.
