We are looking for a global senior business process and data analyst to facilitate and evolve the execution of global master data management and data quality in our SoAM systems. This position will partner with our businesses as well as data management analysts, specialists, and stewards to ensure international master data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with other associates and team members and leverage strong communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will recommend improvements to international master data, processes, and systems.ResponsibilitiesManage an ongoing queue of requests for counterparty master data ensuring that all requests are valid, accurate and completed within service level agreements supporting our SoAM and other regions and systemsCollaborate with international locations / functions and data management team to evaluate process needs and identify efficiencies in achieving automation, standardization, and continuous process improvementLead and guide team member(s) to implement enterprise best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellencePartner with business data stewards to define processes and execute data quality efforts across multiple international business segmentsParticipate in technology decisions to enable & enhance data governance processes and data quality monitoring by performing requirements analysis and testingPartner with data leadership, global finance leads and sponsors to determine appropriate ways to navigate complex issues and change management.Collaborate with Internal Controls and other stakeholders to effectively manage controls, align roles, responsibilities and mitigate risksDevelop and monitor key performance indicators, metrics, volumes, and service level agreementsReport progress to data management leadership and key business partnersSupport transformation initiativesPerform other responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Qualifications (required)University Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience working in finance, data governance, data administration or data related field or equivalent business experience.Knowledge and direct application of data governance or data management practices.Previous experience effectively using multiple ERP systems.Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, staff, and subject matter experts and build strong relationshipsExperience leading projects, transformation, and change.Fluent in Portuguese and English.Additional QualificationsExcellent business and technical knowledge (ERP & IT systems)Strong analytical skills, quick learner, detail oriented, problem solving.Strong communication skills, both written and verbalPrior experience with continuous improvement methodology, root cause analysis and solutionsOutstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passionPrevious experience in a global environment with different cultures is a mustExperience within the Ag sector is a plus.
