We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.Description:Responsible to ensure the overall quality of manufacturing products and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Audits, correct and prepare quality documentations.
Lead problem solving analysis.
Responsible for the maintenance of ISO 9001 and 14001.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering;Quality experience in a manufacturing environment in automotive industries;Experience leading or supporting in management of ISO 9001;Knowledge of various problem solving techniques (PDCA, MASP, 8D, etc) including root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective action is strongly preferred;English (intermediate).Experience:Experience with root cause analysis, problem solving and management of change;Strong communication skills, including customer interfacing experience;Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams;Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple activities and projects;Internal auditor certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (Desirable);Project management/APQP experience (Desirable).Skills:Plastic injection knowledge (desirable);Attention to details;Good interpersonal relationship;Analysis/Critical thinking;Continuous Improvement mindset;Proactiveness.Responsibilities:Monitors and reports on quality-related key performance indicators;Auditing systems based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and lead QMS Forum to follow up the internal and external non conformities;Manage internal audits (Layered Audit, Plant Assessment, ISO, Internal audit).
