Job Number:HOT0BIPLWork Locations: Hilton Porto Alegre Rua Olavo Barreto Porto Alegre 90570-070A Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Director of Finance and the Assistant Director of Finance in controlling the accounting reconciliations, doing accounting entries when needed, performing inventory, controlling agency commissions, and covering the remaining financial positions when necessary.
What will I be doing? As a Financial Analyst, you will work controlling the commissions of national and international agencies, checking the receipt of credit cards and customers, developing a cash flow, and revenue projections.
Therefore, you must perform the following tasks at the highest standards:
Perform reconciliations of agency commissionsCheck the agency commissions report with the Reservation DepartmentAnswer requests or complaints about agency commissionsRequest invoices for payment of national commissionsFollow the receipt of credit cards in banks, ensuring receipt of these payments on timePerform reconciliation of credit card accountsRespond to customers' and credit card companies' requests or complaints when there are discrepanciesFollow receipts of payments made by customersApply in the system the payments received from customersAssist the Credit Manager in collecting pending invoicesSend to the General Cashier the forecast of receipts for the dayPerform accounting reconciliations determined by the Director of Finance / Assistant Director of FinanceAssist in monthly closingsPrepare accounting adjustments and provisions at the end of the monthAnalyze variations in income and asset accountsParticipate in the inventory determined by the Director of Finance / Assistant Director of FinanceWhat are we looking for?
