**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
This role supports the ROSL and the Region Head in resource and performance management of the region.
Among key responsibilities are:
- PROCESS & PERFORMANCE METRICS: Supports tracking process and performance metrics.
Liaises with ROSL and HQ for global tools and reports, runs and develops reports for key stakeholders, ensures regional data is available and accurate in different systems and tools.
Special support for metrics including compliance metrics in different processes and systems supporting the region performance excellence.
Works with country roles to evaluate and improve regional processes, KPIs and metrics.
- VENDOR OVERSIGHT: Supports vendor oversight at regional level.
Coordinates and escalates issues with Global vendors to PSRM in HQ as needed to ensure company regional needs are met.
- REGIONAL HEADCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING: Coordinates and tracks headcount needs and distribution across region under the supervision of the ROSL and Region head and supports associated financial forecast.
- REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Supports ROSL in leading, organizing, and implementing key regional projects or activities as designated or identified from ROSL, RRD, regional leadership team, or self-identified problem remediation projects.
- REGIONAL STRATEGY: Supports ROSL, RRD and Regional Leadership Team in management of strategies necessary for overall efficient operation of Region workforce and clinical research infrastructure.
Liaises with other global ROSL colleagues to assure process alignment when required.
- COLLABORATION: Proactively collaborates with the regional LT, Monitoring Excellence, Regions operational excellence in different matters.
Collaborate and exchange with the other regions counterpart ensuring standard approaches.
**Qualifications**
- Higher education in Life of Science or Physician.
- Clinical research experience in pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
- Fluent English.
