E-commerce Account Manager
Job type: Fully Remote
Work Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm EST
We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic E-commerce Account Manager to join our client's e-commerce team.
Responsibilities:
* Handled Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Central
* Fixing listings, managing feedback & reviews, creating posts, and opening cases
* Customer service
* Track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue
* Regularly review and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines
* Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Amazon and Walmart Account Management
* In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Central, fixing listings, creating posts, and opening cases
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Central
* Skills in Adobe Photoshop a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape
