**The position**:
You will be the front person in our setup in Brazil.
You will be responsible for the daily support for colleagues in-house and worldwide, in collaboration with rest of the IT team but primarily with IT in Houston.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Review and prioritize tickets to ensure timely and efficient IT support.
- Provide on-site walk-in and TeamViewer-based support for technical issues as they arise.
- Install software, manage access requests, and configure necessary permissions.
- Set up and maintain printers on the company network to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide on-site audio-visual support for conference rooms, including assisting guests and staff with equipment setup.
- Manage company cell phone accounts, including distribution, support, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) configurations.
- Install, configure, and maintain company devices, including desktops and laptops.
- Create and manage user accounts, ensuring proper access controls.
- Develop process documentation for new systems and workflows to streamline operations

- Minimum 2 years' experience from a similar position
- Education within IT
- Experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office 365
