**The role**
**What you will do**:
- Strategic partner for your areas, assisting in business challenges through personnel solutions.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to understand recruitment, selection, training, and talent development needs.
- Develop and implement talent attraction and retention strategies.
- Collaborate and oversee integration processes, performance management, calibrations, and compensation cycle (analysis, merit, promotions).
- Support performance evaluation and feedback processes, identifying improvement and development opportunities.
**What you need to have**:
- Education: Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related areas.
- A proven experience as HR Business Partner.
- Solid knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development.
- Skills in Process and project management are mandatory.
- Soft skills: initiative, innovation, interpersonal relationships, influence, and customer focus.
- SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge are a plus.
- Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
