The global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators and businesses.
The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.
The team is composed of Policy, Operations, Risk, Planning, Training and Data specialists working cross functionally with key stakeholders ( Sales, Product, Engineering, Public Relations, Global Communications, Legal, others).
To design and optimize ad policies, manage moderation processes, and build scalable systems to enforce monetixation policies at scale.
This team is critical in working together to solve large issues that have significant global impact.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
1.
Identify, investigate, and communicate emerging risks in TikTok ads ecosystem;
2.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale to reduce risk;
3.
Develop and track risk KPIs across teams; work to ensure alignment of multiple stakeholders across Product, Policy, Engineering, Strategy, and Sales; work together to implement solutions;
4.
Become an expert in TikTok Ads infrastructure, policies, products, tools, systems, and data;
5.
Serve as primary point of contact to provide ad-hoc and regular risk investigations support to stakeholders in Ads Policy and Product teams.
**Qualifications**:
1.
BA/BS degree;
2.
1+ years of risk investigations and operational experience, preferably in an online operations, trust & safety, consulting, business analytics, or intelligence research environment;
3.
Experience conducting complex analyses and translating the results into recommendations;
4.
Experience in and/or demonstrable knowledge of domains such as risk, payments, ecommerce, information security, and/or online advertising;
5.
Strong and demonstrable systems thinking skills;
6.
Experience with SQL or Python strongly preferred;
7.
Multilingual highly preferred;
8.
Ability to communicate and influence across teams and regions; ability to find win-win solutions that meet the objectives of cross-functional partners while reducing risk
