This role includes managing and prioritizing the product backlog, representing the customer, and working closely with the development team to ensure successful product delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, align, and communicate product backlog/roadmap/strategy.Attend to business requirements and establish acceptance criteria.Shield the team from direct work requests, prioritize items in the backlog, and act as the business representative for clarification.Ensure alignment of priorities and optimum use of applications based on value and importance; make hard calls on scope and content.Collaborate with the Scrum Master to adjust execution plans and priorities.Work with the team to prioritize technical enablers and coordinate with other POs to identify dependencies.Ensure that the business context, strategy, and objectives are understood by the portfolio team and stakeholders.Validate alignment of work to strategic initiatives and investment levels.Skill RequirementsStrong understanding of agile methodology and the SAFe framework.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.Knowledge of product management principles and practices.Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards successful project outcomes.Advanced English proficiency.Seniority LevelMid-Senior LevelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
