Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented VA to support their Founder & CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Scheduling ManagementRegularly review 1-3 weeks ahead for conflicts and proactively resolve themSchedule, reschedule, and cancel meetings as neededSet up reminders and follow-ups for important meetings and deadlinesEnsure CEO is prepared for meetings (research, send pre-reads, agenda, etc.
