Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, this role will focus on the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns—both title-driven and brand-focused—to strengthen audience engagement and drive platform growth.The ideal candidate is passionate about entertainment, highly organized, and experienced in coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.Your role accountabilitiesLead the planning and coordination of 360° GTM marketing campaigns focused on streaming.Manage and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives, collaborating with key internal stakeholders across all WBD departments and agencies.Analyze and track campaign performance, measuring key success metrics and identifying areas for improvement.Identify business opportunities and propose strategic initiatives to drive growth and achieve department goals.Manage budget control, optimizing resources and mapping opportunities to increase ROI.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and drive alignment.Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize impact.Advanced English (spoken and written).Other Nice to HaveDeep passion for WBD brands and the entertainment industry, with a strong connection to pop culture.Keen understanding of market trends and the ability to identify what resonates with local audiences.Versatile background, with experience across different functional areas or even industries, bringing a broad strategic perspective.How We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
