Position Overview: As the inaugural Product Manager at Dividenz, you will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy and execution. Your primary focus will encompass:
* Developing customer-facing platforms for investment and portfolio viewing across web and mobile interfaces.
* Overseeing back-office systems and financial reconciliation processes.
* Managing and optimizing payment flows.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company vision and market opportunities.
* Create and manage product roadmaps with clear priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
* Establish product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Product Development & Execution
* Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch for all product components.
* Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
* Drive agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
* Conduct competitive analysis and research to inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive products.
* Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to leadership and cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate with customer-facing teams to collect user feedback and translate it into product improvements.
* Engage with finance and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
User Experience & Growth
* Champion exceptional user experience across all product touchpoints.
* Define user personas and journey maps to guide product development.
* Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate on growth initiatives to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, investment platforms, or related industries.
* Strong professional English skills.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
* Experience with both consumer-facing applications and back-office systems.
* Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, and relevant regulations.
* Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
