**We are searching the best talent for LOGISTICS SPECIALIST to be in Brazil.**
**Purpose**:The E2E Logistic Specialist will support multiple projects implementation and process improvements connected to Johnson & Johnson performance strategy and customer needs fulfillment. In current portfolio, the professional will lead initiatives like OTIF-D implementation and improvement, integration of Deliver organization into S&OP across LATAM, and Order Cycle flow optimization across data mining, analysis and insights generation. You will work closely with Plan, Sales and Deliver Operations, improving service level from our customer perspective. You will connect across the partner areas to understand their needs and translate it to the implementation team, handling priorities and bringing trade-off decisions to the table. You are encouraged to coordinate governance meetings, data mining, data analysis and finding gaps to propose improvements in process to increase our service level perception. As part of Consumer Deliver Segment team, the function must collaborate with strategic projects to advance the deliver performance and respond to customers or business challenges, improving the reliability, agility and financial health.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Support OTIF-D indicator implementation across LATAM
- Agree with multiple partners and translate local requirements.
- Align with development teams (Global Digital, IT, Deliver Analytics, GPEx) requirements implementation, coping with time and resources limitations.
- Analyze large amount of data looking for performance gaps causes, improvement opportunities and orientate business partners to take action on that.
- Coordinate analysis work-sessions looking for improvements opportunities in service level and cost performance.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications and requirements**:
Education: bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is required.
Experience: +4 years of related experience. Supply Chain experience or knowledge in Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics, Replenishment, and/or Planning is required.
**Capabilities**:
- Has strong analytic capabilities which to bring to bear business and process data to lead performance, generate insights and drive evidence-based decision making.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills with an ability to comfortably connect and interact with cross-functional and remote project teams.
- Be focused on the best customer experience ever! Be able to lead process improvement initiatives from an internal lens of time, cost and quality and through an external lens of the customer.
**Knowledge**:
- Sophisticated knowledge in MS Excel and Power BI using large data sets, SQL, formulas and reporting knowledge.
- Proven understanding and expertise of SAP or similar system.
- Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma experience is highly desirable.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., FPX, PMP) and/or Scrum Master/Product Owner Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP) preferred.
Languages: Written and oral English, Spanish and Portuguese are required (advanced level).
