Job Description
The position will be responsible for coordinating the division's P&L, analyzing revenue and expenses, and bringing insights to improve division margin and profitability. The professional must have knowledge to work with FP&A and the financial process.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Conduct the economic-financial forecasts for current and new projects, preparing budget guidelines and management reports.
* Act as a leader on the FP&A team, conducting forecast vs actual variation analyses.
* Responsible for channel and product profit analysis, looking for opportunities to improve business results.
* Control and monitor division expenses in order to reduce deviations and find opportunities for cost reduction.
* Analyze and review the P&L cost center, contributing to financial accuracy and transparency.
* Provide financial guidance and support to the product and marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.
* Act as a Business Partner to financial departments and other functional areas, such as Accounting and Controlling.
* Participate in reviews of mid-range plans.
* Ensure financial policies align with the branch's objectives and priorities for evaluation and approval.
* Present results to the board, supporting the company's decision-making.
Requirements
* 8+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment.
* Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel and other data visualization tools.
* Experience with SAP Hana.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Experience in e-commerce business.
Preferred:
* Graduation in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
* Post-graduation or MBA desirable.
* Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work autonomously, and perform tasks with a wide range of difficulties.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partnerships at all levels.
* Very strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work under tight timelines.
* A strong attention to detail with strong judgment on when to apply the 80/20 rule to address problems.
