Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable SAP Quote to Cash (QTC) Consultant to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be integral to managing support tickets, driving system enhancements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP QTC processes.
SAP certification in QTC, SD, or CRM modules preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Support & Issue Resolution:
o Manage and resolve support tickets related to SAP QTC.
Provide timely troubleshooting and solutions for system issues.
Work closely with the IT and business teams to address and resolve system-related issues.
* Enhancements & Process Optimization:
o Implement and manage system enhancements and optimizations.
Identify opportunities for improving SAP QTC system processes.
Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for enhancement requests.
* Documentation & Training:
o Document solutions, processes, and system enhancements comprehensively.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedural documentation.
* Project Involvement:

o Participate in SAP QTC implementation projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from project to operational status.
Support testing and integration activities for new implementations.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SAP QTC (Quote to Cash) modules.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules.
Experience with SAP transport management and change control.
* Professional Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP QTC support and enhancement roles.
Proven track record in managing support tickets and system enhancements within SAP QTC.
Experience with SAP upgrades and new module implementations is highly desirable.
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
