**Responsibilities**:
- Daily checking the company's checking account, making reconciliations of the statement, comparing with internal controls, the movement of the previous company of accounts payable and receivable, with the purpose of greater accuracy in the results of the company's accounts;
- Ensure daily payment to suppliers, salaries and others, verifying internal controls and analyzing the authenticity and approval of physical documents, such as: Service Invoices, payment requests, ensuring the accuracy of information and compliance with internal procedures;
- Manage the payment control files, sending the information for approval by the Chief Financial Officer and the Controlling Manager, clarifying occasional doubts, awaiting final approval;
- Answer questions from suppliers and customers, providing clarification of dates and amounts of payments;
- Daily update the exchange rate in Euros and Dolar, based on the closing of the previous day of the Central Bank of Brazil, imputing the information in the SAP System, for greater accuracy of the export sales closing system;
- Daily update the global financial information system (TMS), with information on accounts payable, receivable, taxes paid, among others, in order to consolidate corporate information for the information of their superiors;
**Qualifications**:
- Superior in Business Administration/ Accounting
- ERP knowledge (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- English, portuguese
