They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing needs related to spare parts, services, and technical support, acting as the main interface between the customer and the company.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding services and spare parts.
Coordinate and follow up on customer requests, providing timely solutions and ensuring high-quality service.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Supply Chain) to ensure accurate and timely order processing and service delivery.
Monitor the status of orders and service requests, ensuring prompt communication with customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Support the commercial team with information and analysis related to customer activity, sales performance, and service trends.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service processes and performance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as customer agreements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or after-sales roles, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
