Salary: $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Perform preventative maintenance on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis, such as but not limited to: changing air filters, cleaning ice machines, and changing light bulbs.
* Perform minor repairs of building including but not limited to: toilets, sinks, door closures, locking mechanisms, window blinds, broken windows, etc.
* Responsible for snow and ice removal, light landscaping, keeping parking lot free of litter and debris. Winterizing plants, trees, and shrubs.
* Minor appliance maintenance such as but not limited to: refrigerators, freezers, dryers, washers, vacuums - per monthly physical plant checklist.
* Perform interior painting, staining & drywall repair.
* Assist in moving residents' belongings to rooms assigned to them.
* Maintain and/or repair water fountains.
* Document all preventative and repair maintenance.
* Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
* Offer suggestions and ideas for improvement.
* Participate in emergency on-call rotation.
* Other duties as assigned.
