**JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Strategic HR Partnership**: Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their goals and provide HR support that aligns with business objectives
- **Employee Relations**: Address employee concerns and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management
- **Talent Management**: Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives
- **Employee Engagement**: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within the business unit
- **Change Management**: Support business units through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to drive decision-making and improve HR processes
- **Learning & Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- **Onboarding & Offboarding**: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees
- **HR Governance**: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR governance standards
**REQUIRED**COMPETENCIES,**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within the IT or technology industry
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders, with a focus on driving HR initiatives that support business goals
- Experience in talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
**General Responsibilities**
**Flexibility**: The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service & operational needs. The post holder may be required to undertake such other duties temporarily, or on a continuing basis as may be required commensurate with this role. This may include periods of time working on client premises and / or internationally.
**Confidentiality, Data Protection, Freedom of Information and Computer Misuse**: All staff must ensure confidentiality and security of information dealt with in the course of performing their duties. They must comply with and keep up to date with Mitra policies and legislation on confidentiality, data protection, freedom of information and computer misuse. Any matter of a confidential nature, particularly information relating to customers or other members of staff, must not, under any circumstances, be divulged or passed on
to any unauthorized persons. This duty extends after employment ceases.
