Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer, Telecom Engineering or related fields
2. Good command of English
3. 0-3 years in computer network/ IT Helpdesk/Internet Broadband experience
4. Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure, LAN & WAN, Ethernet, MPLS, FTTx
5. Experience with supporting IP services (TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, VPN, QOS, SDN, SNMP, VOIP)
6. Experience with CISCO and Juniper, switches, routers
7. Certifying in CCNA / CCNP is preferred
8. Can work as a shift (for Network operation Center)
9. Can work under pressure and service mind
10. Enthusiastic, can-do attitude

12. TOEIC score 550 up would be a plus
