DuPont Mobility & Materials has an opening for an Account Manager in the South America area.
The Account Manager (AM) role is responsible for implementing the direct sales process with selected Strategic Accounts within the M&M Performance Materials Business.
Establish a sustainable business relationship with clients and coordinating the support to enable full utility of the solutions provided along with other future services offerings.
**Main activities**:
- Accelerate Sales growth in their territory to exceed year objectives and new opportunity prospection to increase Latam & South America pipeline.
SA Account Manager provides key market & competitive information and make the internal and external necessary alignments to growth with Non-Auto customers and strategic new customers.
- Responsible for downstream "pull" and market development of Mobility & Materials product offerings with downstream influencers and stakeholders (e.g., OEM, Tier 1 Suppliers, Tier2 Suppliers & Industry Councils).
- Responsible for managing a list of 20-25 accounts stretching across his/her sales area and conduct business analysis of assigned accounts.
- Negotiating & coordinating value proposition delivery.
- Develop value proposition to assist customers to achieve higher productivity.
- Meet or exceed assigned business unit and personal revenue sales targets.
- Keep updated and 100% accurate information of the Opportunity Pipeline on SFDC.
- Communicating product knowledge & executing comprehensive call strategy.
- Coordinate customer activities to provide support & strengthen relationship
- Support the end-to-end process to all assigned accounts (include collection).
**Requirements**:
- Chemical or Industrial Engineer - desire, Business, Marketing required, will consider other degrees with related field sales experience.
- Business acumen and knowledge to understand Non
- Multicultural and flexible mind set to balance different business culture.
- Business English proficiency as minimum.
- Solutions based selling methodology and technique
- Excellent and professional communication skills (oral & written) as a must.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Proactive team player.
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously to manage heavy and diverse workload,
- Solution-oriented thinking anticipate client questions and has well thought-out answers.
