We're looking for someone with a strong background in marketing, exceptional strategic and communication skills, and a passion for our industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging content creation across various platforms.
- Oversee social media platforms, creating compelling and relevant content to engage the target audience.
- Supervise vendors to achieve desired marketing outcomes
- Create AI-generated content and schedule it for optimal reach and impact.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing strategies.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms.
