The Ideal candidate has a strategic mindset to manage client relationships and guide brands to success—particularly within the Amazon services space.
This role is essential for driving growth, building trust, and delivering strategic e-commerce solutions.
The salary ranges from 1,600 USD to 2,500 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.Candidates from other LATAM countries may be considered.
Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.
The role is 100% remote.ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, understanding business goals to deliver tailored Amazon strategies.
Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Drive brand growth by leveraging expertise in Amazon operations, optimizing processes like listings, PPC campaigns, and catalog management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand strategies and achieve KPIs.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve client success metrics (sales, visibility, ROI).
Proactively address challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and manage client expectations.
Act as a thought partner for clients by staying updated on e-commerce trends, particularly within Amazon's ecosystem.
Requirements: Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH 4-7 years of experience in client relationship management, ideally within an agency setting.
Proven expertise in Amazon services or related e-commerce roles, with measurable success in managing multiple client accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data to craft strategic recommendations that drive growth.
A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment—proactive, adaptable, and able to wear multiple hats.
