Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree completed.
- Experience as HR generalist with expertise as Human Resources Business Partner.
- Experience supporting hourly/ operations employee client groups.
- Experience in a carrier/transportation company, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English and Fluent Portuguese.
- Experience writing and facilitating written recommendations on HR or business related topics.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule during peak seasons

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Operations.
The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Key job responsibilities
- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures with a clear use of data to support recommendations.
- The ability to create a vision and goals, inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence in terms of customer support and core HR processes.
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results in a rapid and complex changing work environment.
- Coaching and mentoring at management level.
Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization.

- Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports.
- Experience in labor / employee relations.
