**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
Lead cross-functional teams to translate and ensure implementation of the Go-to-Market Strategy, enabling profitability and market share of Crop Protection, Seeds, SGR and Digital businesses for short, mid and long-term, creating sustainable partnerships with channel partners, multipliers and customers.
- Ensure implementation of the Go to Market strategy, structure and guide market access management cycle in the country, including market coverage, penetration, efficiency and phase in/out processes;
- Lead channel's policies management for: direct sales, dealers, wholesalers, Coop´s, Seed Multipliers, ValueChain and other channel partners and channels, including channel classification, incentives schemes and performance management, Rebates accruals controlling and auditing systems;
- Ensure customer experience framework is reflected in the incentive programs and action plans to be executed by channel partners.
Implement channel's journey to ensure partners' experience according to the defined strategies;
- Guide seasonal channels target and tactical plans, account planning for KAM (e.g.
IBDP and Account Plans) fitting with the Country Business Targets;
- Translate market access management needs into IT infrastructure;
- Manage incentive programs with channels and partners to promote demand generation for certificated soybean and corn seeds, refuge adoption, technology adoption and biotechnology protection;
- Manage relationship with key Private Equity Funds and Key Value Chain partners, monitor competitor interaction strategies, identify potential threats and new entrants to upgrade GTM routes and give feedback to Regional Business Strategy;
- Monitor competitor interaction strategy as well as provide feedback to regional strategic teams on alternative routes to go to the market on a long term;
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

- University degree required, MBA desirable;
- Advanced/Fluent in Portuguese and English required;
- Strategic thinking and Strong Leadership - experience as a senior leader is required;
- Deep understanding of the Go-to-Market strategy;
- Learning agility, being able to adapt to the new requirements of the Company;
- Ability to work under high pressure environment and overcome crisis;
- Experience in Ag business area is desirable;
