The Project Coordinator is responsible for tasks involved with scheduling, budgeting, communicating, coordinating, and documenting items involved with the progress and completion of a project.
Responsibilities:
* Responds to customer billing questions, research and convey information.
* Maintain billing trackers.
* Maintain production trackers.
* Complete and submit Purchase Orders.
* Invoices and bills customers.
* Uploads approved invoices to online payment system.
* Updates work-in-progress and P&L for meetings.
* Builds relationships with customers.
* Follows up on outstanding invoices.
* All other duties as required.
Education/ Training:
* High School graduate or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, preferred.
* 2+ years of construction Project Coordinating experience
* Experience with back end work- Closeout Packages, SAGE, Project Creation, Submittals etc
* Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
* Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, strongly preferred.
* Familiar with Smartsheets, preferred.
* Google work experience a plus.
* Experience with online billing portals, particularly for the Federal government, is a plus.
Compensation: $20-25/per hour DOE
