With a breadth of experience across an extensive range of sectors, Hogarth offers the unrivaled ability to deliver relevant, engaging, and measurable content across all channels and media - both established and emerging.The number of channels at our fingertips; the need for speed; and the drive for mass personalisation, all mean that brands need different solutions.Our global team of over 7,500 craft and technology experts brings together creative, production and innovation to help clients navigate this exciting and ever-changing world of today’s content experience.PROJECT MANAGER – ADAPTATION CLOUD BRAZILOrganization, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and previous production experience are essential.Work experience from 5 to 10 years in an advertising agency is required.English is required; Spanish is nice to have.It is important to be Brazilian for cultural and social relevance and to avoid language barriers.Responsibilities:Campaign Adaptation & Localization:Support the adaptation and localization of advertising campaigns for Brazil, ensuring cultural relevance and market-specific messaging.Interface with Category PMs to reach the campaigns and assets for local adaptation.Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to tailor campaigns for specific markets while maintaining global brand consistency.Oversee the translation/transcreation process, ensuring accuracy and quality.Control project budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within financial constraints.Track expenses, provide regular budget reports, and recommend adjustments as needed to optimize resources.Clients and Stakeholder Management:Conduct regular status meetings and project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for ongoing or future collaborations.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding timelines, progress, risks, and changes in scope.Develop detailed project briefings for transcreation or tactical creation, ensuring alignment with client objectives, marketing goals, and market-specific requirements.Quality Control & Delivery:Follow the execution of campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards, deadlines, specifications, brand book, and defined strategy.Review all localized materials for quality, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.Identify potential risks to campaign delivery and implement strategies to mitigate delays or issues.Prepare regular status reports for key stakeholders, providing visibility into project timelines, budgets, and outcomes.Analyze project performance post-launch to identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous optimization in future campaigns.Diversity & InclusionHogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
