**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define and execute the product strategy, aligning it with business goals to drive **growth, engagement, and retention**.
- Own key **product performance metrics** (conversion rates, LTV, retention, churn, ARPU) and implement data-driven solutions to improve them.
- Develop and manage the **product roadmap** and backlog, prioritizing features and optimizations based on business impact.
- Collaborate closely with **UX/UI designers, developers, marketing, and analytics teams** to ensure smooth product execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Lead **A/B testing and experimentation** to refine product features and optimize user experience.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in iGaming product management.
**Qualifications**:
- **
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming industry.
**
- ** Must have experience working with Tier 1 regions.
**
- Strong expertise in data analysis, KPI tracking, and product optimization.
- Proven experience in defining and managing **product roadmaps and backlogs**.
- Deep understanding of **user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention mechanics** in online gaming.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketing specialists.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to **prioritize tasks effectively**.
- Experience with **A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)**.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, gamification strategies, and retention mechanics.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product development cycles.
- Fluency in English is a must; Turkish or Russian/Ukrainian is a plus.
- Background in **growth product management** with a focus on scaling iGaming platforms is a plus.
- Experience in managing integrations with payment providers, game providers, and third-party services is also a plus.
