McSweeney Auto Group is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Central, Alabama. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service department to ensure customer satisfaction and department efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise service department staff
* Plan and schedule service appointments
* Monitor service workflow and ensure timely completion of repairs
* Resolve customer complaints and ensure high-quality service
* Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures
* Train and develop service department employees
* Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership performance
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an automotive service management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer demands
