We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Engineer to manage and expand relationships with our key clients. This role goes beyond traditional account management—it combines strategic client engagement, sponsor reporting, account growth initiatives, and hands-on engineering support.
As a Key Account Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of Valiot’s AI-driven manufacturing solutions. You will be responsible for on-site client interactions at the plant, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
2. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of our solutions.
Sponsor Reporting
1. Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, performance metrics, and delivered value.
2. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Account Scaling
1. Identify opportunities to expand Valiot’s services within existing accounts.
2. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement account growth strategies.
Project Management Support
1. Assist in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
2. Monitor project milestones, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
Engineering & Technical Support
1. Serve as the key liaison between clients and our engineering teams, ensuring technical requirements are met.
2. Provide hands-on technical support and training on Valiot’s AI-driven automation solutions.
3. Analyze manufacturing data to optimize operations and enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
1. Residence in Rio de Janeiro (Duque de Caxias) and/or Maringá is required, as the role is based at the client’s manufacturing facility.
2. Fluency in Portuguese (native level) and advanced English.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
4. Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sectors.
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and factory environments.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred:
1. Experience in project management and engineering support roles.
2. Familiarity with IoT, AI, and automation technologies in manufacturing.
3. Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and driving informed decision-making.
