We're looking for a talented Content Strategist to join our demand generation team and help tell our story.Position OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Content Strategist who can craft compelling narratives around the transformation of healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate will be able to understand complex healthcare challenges and translate them into clear, persuasive content that resonates with practice owners and administrators.Key ResponsibilitiesIdeate, produce, and execute engaging, clear, concise, and persuasive content across multiple formats, including case studies, website articles, marketing collateral, advertising copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.Collaborate with internal team to understand business goals, target audience needs, and messaging strategies.Research and develop in-depth case studies that showcase the impact of our virtual staffing solutions on healthcare practices.Write compelling copy for multi-channel advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) that drives qualified leads.Craft persuasive email sequences for cold outreach and lead nurturing that speak directly to healthcare practitioners' pain points.Develop content that demonstrates deep understanding of healthcare practice operations and staffing challenges.Create platform-appropriate content while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.Manage content calendar and coordinate with design team to ensure timely delivery.Transform data and customer insights into engaging, relatable content.Required Qualifications3+ years experience creating B2B content, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or SaaS.Proven track record of writing clear, compelling copy that drives conversion.Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to write for different channels and audiences.Excellence in research and ability to become a subject matter expert.Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience writing for digital platforms and understanding of content marketing principles.Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience writing for healthcare industry audiences.Journalism background.Understanding of SEO best practices.Experience with marketing automation and email platforms.Knowledge of healthcare practice operations and staffing challenges.What Sets You ApartAbility to translate complex operational and financial concepts into compelling stories.Track record of creating content that generates leads and drives conversion.Experience writing for US market audiences.Strong understanding of B2B buyer journey and content needs at each stage.
